Bob's been in the computer and software industry for more than 20 years during which he's worked for many of the industry's biggest innovators including IBM, Hewlett-Packard Company, Lotus Development Corporation and the Microsoft Corporation.  During his past 10 years at Microsoft, Bob held multiple positions in Microsoft Consulting Services and Microsoft's Customer Service and Support organization.  Bob was also one of the original Microsoft Scripting Guys, authors of the Microsoft Windows 2000 Scripting Guide and creators of Microsoft's Technet Script Center.  Bob's written for numerous industry publications including Windows NT Magazine, Windows 2000 Magazine, Windows & .NET Magazine, Windows IT Pro Magazine and Windows Scripting Solutions Journal.
